2010 3rd Annual Tusweca Tiospaye Powwow

The 3rd Annual Tusweca Tiospaye Powwow was held April 23 & 24 at the Wolf Creek School Gym 7 miles west of Pine Ridge on Highway 18. There were over 300 dancers and 13 drum groups including:

Cante T'inza
White River Crossing
Iron Wood
Sons of the Oglalas
Mahpiya Maza
Sky Chief
Eagle Nest

  • Jr. Girl's Jingle Special - Elaina Red Shirt Family
  • Men's Chicken Dance - Tyler Yellow Boy
  • Teen Girl's Jingle - Sidney Richards Family
  • Jr. Girl's Traditional - Mercedes Iron Cloud
  • Tiny Tots - Olowan Waste Winyan Carlow
  • Tiny Tots - Dante Charging Crow
Eyapaha was Chris Eagle Hawk and the Arena Director was Tom Vocu.
