The 4th Annual Tusweca Tiospaye Lakota Style Hand-game Tournament took place Saturday, April 10th at the Wolf Creek School Gym east of Pine Ridge, SD.  11 teams took part in the double elimination tournament with Inyan Sala from Batesland School taking home the championship.

3. Isna Wica II - Isna Wica Owayawa (Oglala, SD)

4. 7th Direction - Rapid City, SD

5. The Ones - Rapid City, SD

6. Forever Young - Rapid City, SD

7. Sungmanitu Tanka Wakpa - Wolf Creek School (Pine Ridge, SD)

8. Ohitikas - Cheyenne Eagle Butte Lower Elementary (Eagle Butte, SD)

9. Cheyenne Eagle Butte Upper Elementary (Eagle Butte, SD)

10. The Chiefs - American Horse School (Allen, SD)

11. Inyan Sala - Batesland School (Batesland, SD)

 

Isna Wica I was the runner-up with Forever Young placing 3rd and Cheyenne Eagle Butte placing 4th.
